So who is available Halloween Day?

John Story is wondering if the Chapter would be able to serve Chilli and hotdogs. With of course Hot Cider and Hot Chocolate. Weather permitting it would be outside with the fire pits going. If not, it would be inside.

If you are able to volunteer for this could you let me know ASAP. I am unfortunately unavailable that day because of a funeral so I would need someone to be in charge and volunteers to help. I will make sure everything is there and ready to go.

Let me know ASAP. Should be a fun time!!!

Everyone please see a post from Frank below. The last six months of the bike raffle is truly when we need people who have not volunteered to please give a day. It is truly sad to miss the big events. This money goes back to each one of you, whether it’s donuts at the meetings, ice cream stops, holiday party, the Prgressive Dinner or just out of the blue. It goes to each member. So please if you have a day to give, please get in touch with Frank.

Good Evening

For those going on the Vermont trip on Friday, we will be leaving the Exit 75 Irving at 9:00am and stopping for lunch a long the way.

The owners of the Inn are super excited for our visit. We are guaranteed to have a good time, good food and great company.

At this moment I do remember there being a small store down the road but I will try to find out where food and drinks can be purchased and how close. It is Vermont so could be difficult.

If everyone could bring a few appetizers to share over the weekend this would be great while hanging around the Inn.

Looking forward to a great weekend.

Our Ladies of Harley at Northwest Florida HOG would like to ask you to participate in a major project they are sponsoring in 2015 for our chapter. I am attaching a letter that will explain our endeavor. See attached letter. We do hope one of your Chapter Officers or member from your general membership will take a moment and send us recipes. We have received a great response from other chapters and we would love for your chapter to be represented in our book.
